APA is proud to present the second day of a three-week program of free arts and crafts activities. All events are led by Artstoria new York, with local artist Ashley King McCarty.

Come to the scenic North Lawn, off of 19th Street and Ditmars Boulevard, to join in a wonderful guided art journey.

What’s on the menu, you ask? Make a collage nature journal. Paint a bookmark with watercolors. Weave a friendship bracelet. Color a sticker or mini-poster. Practice the art of nature sketching. Create a hand-painted paper flower. Write about the day’s nature themed prompt. Or all of the above!

APA is thrilled to support local art, free programming, and community activation in the park. Stop by and get creative for as much or as little time as you like. A great event for any age.

All art supplies will be available on site.
